"Dear PID Proj 2 classes,

Ensure that all models/ prototypes are displayed according to the allocated spaces at CDI Bomb Shelter (where isit?) . Set up all exhibits by 5pm on Tuesday 15 Sep 2009.

Do not disturb the peace of seniors/ design interns working at CDI Office. Move in quietly and do not hang around unnecessarily.

Other deliverables included: Portfolio of concept sketches bound together with label on front cover.

Technical Drafting of 3 products also bound in A3/ A2 portfolio.

A3 presentation panels (without foam core board mounting/ just print them on art card)

CDRom of ppt slides – keep slides short and sweet; perhaps you should cap at maximum of 42 slides.

A4 Proj Mgt File with all necessary documentation of contact sheets and staff consultation.

Please load ppt files into one laptop (school’s laptop) by Friday 15 Sep from 5-6pm. Wait outside CDI Bomb Shelter entrance for your turn to present, one at a time.

Presentation Schedule runs in the order of class lists starting with Alif, PID seniors & Rashid’s group on Wed 16 Sep ; Hakim’s class on Thu 17 Sep. Presentation starts at 0930 sharp.

Each student is given approx 8 mins to present and 6 minutes for Q&A. We should be able to clear say about 4 students per hour or about 26 students per day from 0930am-5.30pm.( dont talk too much.. haha)

Fri 18 Sep afternoon is reserved for general feedback and review of class performance at 4pm. Everybody is expected to remove exhibits and flatwork out of CDI office by 5.30pm on Fri 18 Sep.

Mon 21 Sep is a public holiday. All PID students are expected to bring home personal belongings from Level 5 studio. Anything left on the open shelf would be cleared to make way for a new

academic year starting in mid-Oct. Spring cleaning of studios begins on 23 Sept 2009.
